When horses are in stressful situations such as shipping, being ridden, changing locations or experience an alteration in their eating habits, it can impact their ability to minimize the effect of gastric acid in their stomachs. Horses produce up to 16 gallons of stomach acid a day and if not properly buffered, horses can begin to feel the corrosive effects very quickly. Gastric Support Antacid Chews were created by an FEI veterinarian for the specific purpose of helping to protect your horse’s stomach by buffering and neutralizing gastric acid before and during stressful situations. When gastric acids are not properly buffered by forage, or if the productions of gastric acids increase under stress, horses can quickly develop stomach lining irritation causing severe pain which now, can be minimized! Horses love eating Gastric Support Antacid Chews from your hand which begin neutralizing stomach acid immediately and are an easy and effective way to keep your horse comfortable in stressful situations. Safe for horses of all ages.
You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.
Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)
All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.
Items marked CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.
You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.
DEFECTS and WARRANTY
We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness. Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. REFUNDS
Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.
If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
