Live Sales - How do they work?


1. You can shop our Live Sales from our Facebook page. You’ll see our Facebook Live post, just click into the post and you can start commenting and shopping! No account needed.  Simply comment the word “SOLD” and the item number. You’ll instantly get a direct message that pulls up the product and you can put it in your cart. 

2. For the BEST shopping experience join us at (RECOMMENDED). No mobile app needed, you’ll see our shoppable live stream player right on our home page. Just click the blue “SHOP” button and you are in!

ON FACEBOOK: Simply comment the world “SOLD” and the item number (ex. SOLD 103) You will then get a direct message with a link to the product where you can complete choosing your size, color and put it in your cart. 


  • On mobile, you’ll see all of the products we’ve shown on the sale so far, including our current item. 
  • On desktop, you’ll see the list of products to the right of the live steam, and a list of comments to the left.
  1. Touch|Click on the item you are interested in, and more details will pop up.
  2. Click the blue MORE DETAILS button to open the product page and add to your cart.  

Be sure to check out and pay for your cart at the end of the live sale.  We we empty all carts at 12am midnight

Don't fret. We know things can sell out fast. Y'all snap things up quick.

If you find the item you want is marked "SOLD OUT". You can still put the item on your "Waiting List".
Just choose the color, size you need and click the blue "Add to Waiting List" Button on the product page. We will notify you via email or text so you can get in on our next restock.

Note: We will indicate during the live sale whether we will be able to restock an item or not. Sometimes we have small runs, exclusive discounts, or items that we can't get back.

Best practice is to just to wait list and we'll work all the magic we have at our disposal to get it for you quickly.

Yes! You earn RidePoints for every purchase you make anywhere at as long as you are signed in to your account at time of checkout.

You can also apply Ride Reward codes at checkout.

Orders, Shipping + Returns

We offer $8.99 Flat Rate Shipping* on most orders within the continental US.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 (not including applicable tax)

To qualify for flat-rate or free shipping orders must be shipped within the continental US.   Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via 2nd Day Air, charges determined by carrier.

*Unusually heavy / large  items such as horse blankets, Effol Advent Calendar boxes and other metal items may incur a small additional surcharge - we’ll make sure to indicate this clearly on the product page or during our live sale so you always know before you buy!

We work to process and ship items out within 48 hours of receiving your order. Mon thru Fri, 8am - 5pm. Our regular flat rate packages are sent via UPS or USPS and generally take approximately 3-6 days depending on distance.

Federal Holidays and high volume periods will affect this timing. We will always provide you a means tracking your order.

  • Returns accepted for 30 days from date of purchase
  • $8.99 flat rate return shipping
  • We never charge a restocking fee
