All equestrian sports are inherently dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury or death. Customers using any products do so at their own risk with the full knowledge of the hazards and risks associated with all equestrian activities.

When purchasing and using any of the products offered for sale and using it in an equestrian sport the purchaser and user AGREES FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY TO ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EQUESTRIAN SPORTS, including the risk of personal injury damage death or property damage.

There are no products sold by Lucky Charm Equine Adventures, LLC that can guarantee avoidance of injury or death.  Safety products such as  helmets, safety stirrups, air vests, body protectors, are designed specifically for use in equestrian activities but do not provide complete protection in every situation - including falls, impact with surfaces, loss of control by the rider or horse, collisions or other circumstances. 

Lucky Charm Equine Adventures, LLC makes no representations expressed or implied regarding the fitness of these products for any particular purpose nor the extent to which the products protect riders from injury or death.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the purchaser, the user, does release Lucky Charm Equine Adventures, LLC  from any and all responsibility or legal liability related to purchaser’s and /or user’s participation in equestrian activities.

Representations regarding testing results, equipment ratings, product specification, ASTM, CE standards and the adequacy of all such standards and designations are made solely by the products' manufacturer.

While we do provide the latest testing and certification information, as well as instruction documentation as provided by the manufacturer, Lucky Charm Equine Adventures, LLC does not warrant or confirm the representations of the manufacturer. Purchasers and users are to proceed at their own risk.
