About Ride or Die Equestrian Shop
Based in Northbrook, IL, Ride or Die Equestrian Shop is an online tack and apparel store serving adult amateur riders and their horses across the United States and Canada. We specialize in high-quality, performance-driven riding apparel and horse needs for Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and Eventing riders, with a strong focus on fit, comfort, and durability. As avid equestrians who ride, show and attempt to balance life (precariously) ourselves, we live to offer the best in honest, helpful, non-pushy service for our customers. Nothing makes us happier than our satisfied customers.
During the summer season, we operate pop-up shops at horse shows, bringing our knowledgeable, fun and personalized boutique shopping experience directly to riders where they show.
“I started Ride or Die because I know exactly what it’s like to be an adult amateur trying to balance a real life with a horse life. I’ve been riding since I was a kid, stepped away for years, and came back to it later — like so many of us do. I’ve also had my share of injuries, bad rides, great days, and everything in between. What I’ve learned is that having the right gear — things that actually fit, perform, and hold up — makes a real difference. At our pop-up shops, we try to create the kind of experience we all wish we had more of: honest advice, no pressure, and people who truly understand this sport.” - Susanne Dawursk, Founder
