TheFunky Unicorn Electrolyte Support Chews are not meant to replace a current electrolyte programand are perfect to be given when your horse needs them most to recover and hydrate so are convenient to have on hand.

Funky Unicorn Electrolyte Support Chews taste sweet and savory, which can surprise horses on their first taste because they usually expect a sugary treat when first introduced. Give your horse a few taste tests to explore the taste. Within a few chews, 90+% of horses love them! We recommend post riding as the best way to introduce Funky Unicorn Electrolyte Support Chews as horses crave salt after activity and will hep horses with muscle recovery and encourage hydration. Some horses may take longer to adjust to salty sweetness but it is well worth the effort so they will take it willingly if your horse ever starts to tie up or not drink.

Our products are made with natural ingredients including brown sugar for palatability, therefore when exposed to extreme heat/humidity it can turn a little brown, best if kept sealed and at normal room temperature.
30 Day Returns, Free Exchanges
You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.
Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)
All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.
Items marked CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.
You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.
DEFECTS and WARRANTY
We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness. Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. REFUNDS
Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.
If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
