Each kit includes over $90 in Hairy Pony products for the perfect wash, condition and shine routine.

Wash Bay Brush:

Firmer than a sponge yet still flexible, the new eco-friendly HAIRY PONY WASH BAY BRUSH features natural cactus fiber bristles that offer a gentle, deep cleanse of your horse's coat & skin, as well as a wheat fiber handle & rope to hang dry.

Natural Shampoo (500ml):

Packed with natural ingredients including Macadamia Oil & Tea Tree, Lavender & Cucumber extracts, our formula is gentle on the skin & cleanses without causing irritation or stripping away natural oils, leaving your horse's coat healthy, shiny & soft.

Purple Toner Shampoo Bar:

Our specially-formulated, 100% natural toner bar is an intense gold, brassy & urine stain remover for lighter coats. Anti-bacterial & anti-fungal Lemon Myrtle & Tea Tree Essential Oils help alleviate bacteria growth, soothe irritated skin & promote skin healing.

Original Hair Repair (250ml):

Formulated for dehydrated, under-nourished & damaged hair, this nourishing treatment contains Hydrolysed Quinoa, Argan Oil, Macadamia, Elderflower & Jojoba to deeply moisturise & nourish manes & tails naturally.

Essential Oil Coat Conditioner (100ml):

Enhance your horse's shiny & healthy coat naturally, with our 'liquid gold'! Rose Geranium, Ylang Ylang & Cedarwood Atlas pure essential oils provide intense nourishment, as well as anti-fungal properties, to treat dry, rough or itchy skin.

You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.

Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)

All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.

Items marked CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.

You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.

DEFECTS and WARRANTY

We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness. Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. REFUNDS

Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.

If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
