Every detail of our halter is carefully considered, right down to the stainless steel fittings. The Alize leather halter features a name plate on one side which can be engraved with a horseās name for the perfect present and keepsake.

You may return items up to 30 days after purchase .Ā We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.Ā Ā
Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition Ā with the original packaging and tags still intact.Ā We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)
All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.
Items markedĀ CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.

We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness.Ā Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. REFUNDS
Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping.Ā Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.Ā Ā
