The perfect rug for horses that suffer Eczema, Sweet Itch or have very sensitive skin. This rug is designed to help protect your horse from annoying flies and insects and prevent your horse from rubbing. To fully protect your horse, this rug has a neckpiece that goes up to the ears.
Fabrics & materials
The fabric is strong, breathable, and very supple to provide your horse with the best comfort. Thanks to the light color of the rug, it will reflect the sunrays and does not absorb heat. 900 denier.
Shape & size
This rug has an extra long neck which is attached over the ears, this means the neck of your horse is also fully protected. The neck piece can be closed with 5 hook and loop closures.
To protect the belly area the rug features a belly flap. This flap is closed by 3 straight surcingles. The tail flap is a little bit longer than usual and features an elastic for the tail.
The Eczema Rug with hood is available in sizes 125 to 165 cm.
