Dogs are sensitive to heat because they can’t sweat the way humans do. So it’s important to ensure that your dog does not get too hot or overheated during hot days and during hard training. With the dog cooling towel bandana, you effectively cool down the dog around the neck, where there are many superficial blood vessels that effectively help to cool down the rest of the body.
Cool on Track™ material lowers the temperature and provides a pleasant cooling effect through the evaporation of water, completely without chemicals or storage in the freezer. The bandana is flexible enough to use on all occasions.
Just soak it in cold water, wring it out and put it around the dog’s neck. The material cools as long as it is damp and you can easily soak the bandana again to maintain the effect during the day.

The evaporation process is an important factor for the product to cool the skin, therefore the bandana has a durable mesh outer fabric to stimulate air circulation.
Cool on Track Products – Purposefully Shipped Damp
Cool on Track is an advanced cooling technology that requires it to be wet before it becomes effective. After production, Cool on Track products are purposefully ‘dampened’ to ensure product integrity and flexibility in the preparation and packaging phase. Product dampness is to be expected and is an important part of our production protocol.
You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.
Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)
All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.
Items marked CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.
You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.
DEFECTS and WARRANTY
We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness. Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. REFUNDS
Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.
If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
