In the event of a crash, the Trauma Void | Back on Track Helmet Crash Replacement Policy allows you to purchase a replacement helmet at 50% off your original purchase price.

This policy goes into effect from the date of purchase for a period of two (2) years.

In the event of a fall, please reach out to to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we will quickly pull up your purchase records and assist you in a quick replacement, and we will file your claim on your behalf.  When you buy with us, we make sure you're covered.
