30% Lighter than other Half Pads - The Kentucky Horsewear Half Pad Equalizer

The Kentucky Equalizer Half Pad absorbs all shocks and evenly balances them out to eliminate pressure points along the horse's back under saddle, allowing the horse to move more freely. It also serves to create more comfort for the rider's back by distributing shock during the ride. The pad is excellent for both jump and dressage saddles. The cut for the withers is made of artificial leather and offers comfort as the horse’s spine has less pressure. The pad is provided with a silicone grip pattern, this will avoid the pad from slipping under the saddle.

The saddle pad is made of memory foam and 3D spacer. The combination of these materials create a shock-absorbing pad. While the memory foam divides the pressure equally and constantly adapts to the shape of the horse. The 3D spacer ensures the back to ventilate due to its air-permeable features. By using these materials we created a half pad that is 20 to 30% lighter than most other pads available on the market. Not only is the pad lighter than others, but it will also make you feel closer to the horse and improve communication between you and your horse.

You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.

Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)

All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.

Items marked CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.

You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.

DEFECTS and WARRANTY

We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness. Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. REFUNDS

Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.

If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
