The Effol Advent Calendar is now in it's 6th year and one of our favorite annual traditions. 

 This fun fold out box contains 25 separate punch out compartments to get you in the holiday mood - punch out one a day, or use it as a super fun barn holiday party activity or holiday gift.

It is filled with 25 useful items for you and your horse with  $187.95 in retail value if these items were purchased separately.  It's a great way to try the full range of superior quality Effol / Effax grooming, leather care, treats and lotions for horse and human alike. 

Each year the box has new and different product additions. There are 10 new additions not included in last year's box.

 Makes a fantastic gift for any horse enthusiast, barn manager, trainer.   We've used it as a fun barn holiday party raffle/ bingo activity or year end prize in years past.  Always a favorite!

All products are dermatologically tested and processed according to  EU pharmaceutical specifications using the highest quality natural ingredients to ensure the well being of both horse and rider. (i.e. EU has a higher bar than the FDA for sure)

NOTE:  Due to the oversize/weight of this box, there is a $9.50 charge added at checkout to cover the extra cost of packaging/shipping as this cannot be combined with other items. Thanks for your understanding.

You may return items up to 30 days after purchase.  We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.  

Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact.  We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)

All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.

Items marked  CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES 

We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.   

You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.

DEFECTS and WARRANTY

We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness.  Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. Should you come upon a defect, please contact us immediately at hello@rideordieshop.com

REFUNDS

Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.  

If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
