Bit Wrapping Tape

Bit Wrapping Tape is a latex-free, soft, self-adhesive silicone tape that can be used to reduce pinching, cushion your horse's bit, and repair your horse's favorite bit!

It is very similar to the "holy grail" of bit tape - the now discontinued SealTex. 

(Trust us, we've tried them all. Most of them are awful.)

For Best Results:

Make sure your bit is thoroughly cleaned of any loose particles. We recommend using our BitWash Kit. Cut tape to preferred length. We have found 6" usually suffices for average size bits. Gently wrap the bit pulling the tape firmly to activate the self-sealing properties. Use as much tape as needed to achieve desired results. Remove and replace tape of signs of tearing occurs.
