Material: MoMary is made from 94% polyester and 6% elastane, ensuring a lightweight and flexible jacket that offers maximum freedom of movement. The padded sections on the body and upper part of the sleeves provide extra warmth, while the softshell material on the lower sleeves and sides of the body ensures breathability and comfort.

Comfort and Fit: The combination of padding and softshell creates a unique balance of warmth and flexibility. The smart stitching and tailored fit give the jacket a modern and elegant appearance, ensuring you feel comfortable and look stylish.

Sizing Advice: This jacket runs true to size with flexible side panels. Stick with your true size on this one.

You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.

Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)

All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.

Items marked CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.

You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.

DEFECTS and WARRANTY

We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness. Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. Should you come upon a defect, please contact us immediately at hello@rideordieshop.com

REFUNDS

Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.

If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
