What is it?
A practical and effective solution to prevent horses from hurting themselves, getting tangled in their tethering ropes or the horse chewing on the lead. The lead opening fits nicely around the lead to prevent shifting. The Rubber ball is a quiet guard, it will protect and prevent the lead making a hitting noise against the wall.

Great for horses standing on cross ties that like to chew, as well when the cross ties are released, the ball bounces against the wall softly, so there are no startling sounds. A more durable, long lasting version of the cut open tennis ball.

Fabrics & materials
This cross-ties ball is made from a strong rubber to endure a lot in the stables. This material ensures a long-term use.

Shape & size
The Rubber ball protection wall & lead is available in one universal size that fits on most leads. The Rubber Ball has two little holes on the hole facing outwards to reinforce the ball with a zip tie to avoid moving if needed. It features a big Kentucky logo on one side.

Care guide
The Rubber ball protection is easily cleaned with a towel and some warm water which makes it perfect for daily use.

You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. We offer simple pre paid return labels for all eligible items.

Apparel, Horse clothing and Tack Items must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. We are unable to offer return credit on dirty, laundered or used items. (for defective or manufacturer warrantied items, please see below)

All other items can be returned only if sealed and unopened in original packaging, prior to expiration date.

Items marked CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges. Please note on your Return that you wish an exchange for the same item in a different size, or reach out to us at hello@rideordieshop.com and we'll get back to you quickly with assistance on sizing or substitution.

You will be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee which is refunded once merchandise is received and exchanged. Exchanges must be initiated within the 30 day return window.

DEFECTS and WARRANTY

We work diligently to inspect all items that leave our warehouse for quality and freshness. Additionally, many of our manufacturers offer direct warranties and we will work with you to connect in the event there is a claim to be made. Should you come upon a defect, please contact us immediately at hello@rideordieshop.com

REFUNDS

Most refunds will be made to the original form of payment when items arrive in our warehouse according to our return policy, we will deduct the $8 flat rate from your refund to cover return shipping. Gifts returned with gift receipt or invoice will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt or invoice will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the current or final selling price.

If you return items that were purchased using RideRewards, the dollar/point value of the award(s) allocated to the item(s) returned will be converted and credited to your account within 14 days of your completed return.
